1. Membership Refunds:

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund for your membership payment. The following conditions apply to membership refunds:

a. Request Period:
You can request a refund within 2 days from the date of your membership payment.

b. Eligibility:
Refunds are only available for memberships that have not been utilized to access any member benefits or services.

c. Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact us at secretarytnoa@gmail.com with your name, membership details, and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 2 to 7 business days.

2. Event Registration Fees:

If you have registered and paid for an event through our website, the refund policy for event fees is as follows:

a. Cancellation:
If an event is canceled by the Tamil Nadu Orthopaedic Association, you will be entitled to a full refund of the event registration fee.

b. Attendee Cancellation:
If you cancel your registration for an event, the refund amount will be determined based on the event’s cancellation policy. Please refer to the specific event details for information on cancellation deadlines and refund percentages.
