TNOA Bone Health Awareness Fortnight is observed from 10th to 23rd October 2020 to commemorate International Orthopaedic Health Days. Distinguished members of TNOA & our City / District Chapters organized a total of 64 programs based on TNOA Presidents Theme given for each day;

12th October: WORLD ARTHRITIS DAY – Effective Treatment of Arthritis
16th October: WORLD SPINE DAY – Low Back Ache Management
17th October: WORLD TRAUMA DAY – Fix the fracture to return to work
19th October: WORLD PAEDIATRIC BONE JOINT DAY – Physical exercise in childhood strengthens the bone and joint
20th October: WORLD OSTEOPOROSIS DAY – Prevention of Osteoporosis
